On Halloween Night, as the full moon rises, Dracula decides to hold a parade in hopes that he'll be able to keep the creepers, leaving the cemetery, in line. With the aid of his friend, Wolf-man, each monster walks down the sidewalk as children, decked out in their Halloween costumes, look on. Mothers and fathers don't have to worry that their children are on their own collecting candy with Dracula in charge. With oohs and ahhs, they'll hear ghosts singing and playing guitars, mice running from Cruella and crows pulling stuffing from a scarecrow. At the end of it all, a witch takes to flight across the bright yellow Halloween Moon and wishes each and every young child to fill up their bags with tons of candy and that she'll see them again, next year.
