This investigation was carried out when we lived difficulties with students between 11-13 who faced the lack of comprehension of the reading contents which was extremely hard, because they had deficiencies to acquire information from readings, consequently some students get frustrated and gave up practicing reading. This work is based on pedagogical, sociological, psychological foundations, it also describes special techniques like graphic organizers that are used to develop reading comprehension in students with learning difficulties. Through a survey students express their feelings when they read in English and they did not understand as well as they show their emotions when they realize their comprehension becomes better applying graphic organizers. The work also includes conclusions and recommendations for the teachers and for the students and finally a guide with exercises to develop comprehension in the reading.
