Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a dynamic malady, and is a protein conformational disorder and that destroys memory and other important mental functions. In Alzheimer's disease, the brain cells degenerate and die or Alzheimer's disease damages the brain causing a steady decline in memory and mental function and of how well you can speak, think, and do your daily actions. AD distinguished through two major neuropathological features: extracellular accumulations of amyloid-beta peptides in the form of plaques and intracellular tangles, consisting of hyperphosphorylated tau proteins. Various functional and structural changes are associated with these lesions in the diseased brain, like kind of dendritic and synaptic alterations, as well as microglial and astroglial recruitment and their activation. AD malady gets awful over time, and some people be deprived of the ability to do daily activities in the first few years and others may do fairly well until much later in the disease. Older than 60 in people mild memory loss is common, it may not mean that you have AD.
