Autorenporträt
Sergey A. Leonov is a known expert in the field of radar and telecommunications. He is the author of over 70 papers and the co-author of Radar Technology Encyclopedia (Artech House, 1997) and Russian-English Dictionary of Radar and Electronics (Artech House, 1993) among other books. He holds an M.Sc. from Kharkov University and a Ph.D. and D.Sc. from the Moscow Aerospace Institute. Alexander I. Leonov is a professor at the Moscow Institute of Technology. For 25 years he was a senior member of teams that designed and tested state-of-the-art radars for Soviet ABM programs. He has authored over 100 papers and is the author and co-author of numerous books including Radar Technology Encyclopedia (Artech House, 1997) and Monopulse Radar (Artech House, 1984). He holds an M.Sc. from the Leningrad Military University of Communications and a Ph.D. and D.Sc. from the Moscow Aerospace Institute.
