During the last few years, there have been remarkable developments in the field of Immunohematology and transfusion all over the world. Almost all clinical specialties need frequently whole blood or blood components. Unluckily our undergraduate teaching curriculum lacks sufficient training in this field. Hence, newly qualified students have to seek additional training in this field.
