The Handbook of Management Research is a broad review of the research process for those conducting research in Management and associated Social Science fields. This handbook focuses on the research process, rather than on the specific techniques of data collection and analysis. We believe that paying attention to this work will enhance understanding of the research process and will result in a more meaningful research. At the basic level, we have provided a series of research papers leading from research questions to research findings which have been conducted by research students. The core area of Handbook of Management Research covers six broad areas of Management including Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Operations Management and Project Management. The challenge is not only to teach the Management, but also to help students understand Management by research and to make it easier for the faculty to teach and conduct research in Management.
