Brian Cook is a retired lieutenant of the Alameda County Sheriff's Office with over 14 years in the trenches of the supervisory arena. He received numerous commendations and honors during his 25-plus year career and is currently a member of several writing groups and networks. He lives in Antioch, California with his wife, Dauphne.
