jhon z baker is a poet-a Chicago poet, an American Outlaw poet. While he is a classically trained musician and artist, he spends most of his time writing poetry on his 1983 IBM Selectric III, the Cadillac of typewriters. He lives with his wife and son in Elgin, Illinois.
