Autorenporträt
Barbara Nattress can trace her ancestors coming to the Niagara Region back to 1778 thanks to the family history completed by relatives. She enjoys writing stories about Loyalist struggles during the war of 1812 and Hannah's Search is her second novel and sequel to Dreams in the Mist published in 2012. After retiring from a career teaching Family Studies, she now enjoys working as a Realtor. Barbara Nattress, along with her husband, owned and operated a bed and breakfast for eight years in Niagara on the Lake. She also spends time as an historic interpretor at Country Heritage Park teaching school chidren about pioneer life. Her first novel Dreams in the Mist was awarded The Trafford Publishing Gold Seal of Literary Excellence following a review from the US Review of Books.
