Autorenporträt
Jennifer grew up wishing she had a better understanding of people. She wondered why people who looked like they had everything, were often sad. And why other people who had very little, were happy and content with their lives. Today, surrounded with modern technology, children appear to face extra challenges, like cyber bullying. When Jennifer's two lovely daughters had grown up and went on to put their own stamp in the world, she went back to school to study the science of positive psychology and psychotherapy. She graduated in 2019 with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and Diplomas in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Positive Psychology. She lives in sunny Singapore spending her time researching and writing about kids happiness and well being. Jennifer has three grand children and she hopes that her work will help children everywhere have happy childhoods and go on to have flourishing and thriving lives.
