When I am asked if I like being a teacher, I answer "It's an acquired taste," recalling a phrase used by Captain Janeway to describe her taste for black coffee (she is a character in the Star Trek Voyager series). Like any job, it has its good and bad things. It is not the path I had envisioned, but it is the one that was put before me in the most passable form.In the following post, I want to share something I have been doing for years, in an effort to help me in my work and hopefully also help my colleagues in a necessary but time-consuming task, the review of evaluations.What started as a thesis project, has ended up becoming one of my most vital work tools, and thanks to the insistence of a colleague, we made a joint publication to show the world what I had done.
