Graduating Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University and earning his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, his professional journey spans from the battlefields of Iraq to the courts of Kentucky. An avid hunter and proud NRA member, Douglas' roots run deep in both the wilds and the traditions of Harlan County.
