In conclusion, we have identified sources of resistance among the tested material. Thus, among the 26 bean varieties screened, we were able to identify sources of resistance to this pathogen. These are : IZ 0201382, RWK-11, IZ 0201299, VEF 286, VEF 222, MORE 92042, VEF 235, VEF 168 and VEF 203. However, as pathogens quickly break down resistance, the search for several varieties resistant to this pathogen should be an ongoing activity.
