Lucien NGOA LEMBO hat das Staatsexamen (Bac) in Chemie und Biologie abgelegt und ist Inhaber eines Graduiertendiploms (Bac+3) in Wirtschafts- und Managementwissenschaften sowie eines Lizentiats (Bac+5) in Finanzmanagement an der ULPGL/Goma.
