This research will discuss if the BBC has managed to preserve its "gloden standard" values nowadays and if it will still be the case in the digital future. The research was carried out in the UK in order to have access to material and immaterial archives on-site. The BBC status has probably evolved greatly in the past few years but it remains an institution that plays an important role in the British people's daily lives. It has been a constant source of information and entertainment for years and was, and still is now, able to adapt to technological, social and cultural changes.
