Shyne Ancelin Mendoza-Lugagay obtained her Master's Degree in Educational Management in La Salle University-Ozamiz City, Philippines in 2010. She worked as a public school teacher handling grade six class since 2009. Currently she's working on research and innovations to help improve teaching and learning instructions.
