Autorenporträt
Vladimir Lovinski holds a master's degree in political science specialized in public Policy from the Institut d'Études Politiques de Toulouse (Université Toulouse-l Capitole). He also holds a bachelor degree in business management and sociology. For now, he is an adjunct professor in political sociology at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Université d'État d'Haïti. His research focuses on public policy analysis, territorial development economics (territorial diagnosis, poverty alleviation, microfinance and entrepreneurship), institutional reforms, local governance and public management.
