The book is a typical story of a less fortunate, less educated family. It is a riveting story of all the bad things you hear about which includes rape, welfare, and domestic violence. It is the story of a woman born in poverty, raped at fourteen and became a mother when she herself was still a child. It is the story of a woman who has never forgiven herself regarding her kids and is still trying to help them on a disability check of $1000/month. It's worth the read. Mildred Ann Keith; retired engineer and former department chair for general education.

Autorenporträt
I am an entrepreneur and author. I have authored a book, What, Are You Crazy? A Mental Health Situation - Spiritual Well Being With My Eyes: A Personal Perspective deals with relieving stress daily, which includes depression. I was inspired to write books because I want to tell stories of struggle and victory.I have co-authored books such as Battling Depression in the Church, which deals with mental health depression issues and I am working on a follow-up book, Mental Health Challenges in the Church: The Next Step for Church Leaders. I have co-authored another book, "A Case Study Phenomenon Approach: Are Alternative Schools Education Programs for K-12 a Holding Cell for Black Students in an Eastern North Carolina School System," which illustrates Black and Latino students as classified as low-income and socially ostracized from other peers when it comes to educational values.
