Creative director and marketing executive Shelley Davies Wygant is a past president, officer and board member of the Howard County Historical Society and Historic Ellicott City Inc. In addition to this book, she is also the author of Images of America: Howard County and owner of Haunted Ellicott City, LLC, a resource for all things spooky in this eighteenth-century mill town.
