Autorenporträt
Caroline is the author of fiction and non-fiction books for adults and children, which have been nominated for eleven different awards, between them all. After working as a lighthouse keeper for thirteen years on the West Coast, she now lives and writes full-time in the village of New Denver, B.C. Her books include: A West Coast Summer, The Village of Many Hats, and Singing Away the Dark, which was published in French, Korean, Bulgarian, Chinese and Japanese. Her bestselling memoir, Light Years: Memoir of a Modern Lighthouse Keeper, was nominated for the Bill Duthie B.C. Booksellers Prize. She and her husband co-founded The Motherlode Bookstore and she spent eight years as a publishers' sales representative.
