Fadhel Al Tooq graduated from Arab University of Beirut with Bachelor in Law in 1999 and Bachelor in Politics and Economic from University of Otago. In 2012 he obtained Master degree in Politics with distinction. He gave some lectures at University of Otago about Islamic sects and their historical conflicts.
