Now after over one hundred years, reprints of Arch Bristow's Hay Rake Magazine are available. Self-Published by Arch Bristow from his home in Garland, PA, beginning in 1920, it started modestly at 1,000 copies but quickly grew to a subscription rate of 20,000. Arch was a cartoonist by trade with the syndicated cartoon strip "Zimmie." In the early 1900s.
