Noshir Mehta is Professor of Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he is also Chairperson of General Dentistry and Director of the Tufts Craniofacial Pain Center. Dr. Mehta is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and is a world authority on HFN pain. George Maloney is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and on the faculty of the Tufts Craniofacial Pain Center. Dr. Maloney was the recent past Chair of the Special Interest Section in TMD, Cervical Spinal and Orofacial Pain of the American Headache Society. Dr. Maloney is certified in medical acupuncture from UCLA and has a masters degree in Chinese and Japanese Acupuncture. Dr. Maloney is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain. Dhirendra S. Bana is a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine and Diplomate of the American Board of Nephrology and Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is an Instructor in Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA; Senior Attending with the Headache Research Foundation and the John P. Graham Headache Center from 1973-1995, where he was director of Headache Research; Senior Attending at the Headache and Pain Center at Faulkner Hospital and Assistant Staff at The Craniofacial Pain Center at Tufts University. He is currently Director of the John R. Graham Headache Center at Faulkner Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts. Steven J. Scrivani is an oral surgeon and Associate Professor of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine at The Craniofacial Pain Center. Previously, Dr. Scrivani was Assistant Director of the Harvard/MGH Craniofacial Pain Clinic, and Director of the Columbia/Cornell Center for Oral, Facial and Head Pain.
