Jude Miller Burke, Ph.D., owns a private clinical practice and is a senior consultant for a national employee assistance counseling organization focused on the well-being of healthcare providers. She is the former Vice President of Operations at Optum, United HealthGroup, where she built a subsidiary providing EAP services. She spent a decade as an employee assistance psychologist at Honeywell in Minneapolis, worked as a domestic violence therapist, and provided leadership coaching at the University of St. Thomas Business Center. She also helped build the Fresh Start Women's Resource Center as a board member in Phoenix, Arizona.
