This book examines the relationship between time management and the leadership of headteachers in the context of the quality of education in Goma, DR Congo. The results of the studies revealed that headteachers who manage time effectively are in a position of leadership to influence the development of the quality of education. Pala P. Mazambi B. is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at ULPGL-Goma in the DRC. He holds a Master of Art in Educational Quality from the University of Bamberg in Germany and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in the Sociology of Education from ULPGL-Goma. He is also a training consultant.
