Line Hassall Thomsen is a trained herbalist who specialises in using plants in food and drinks to change health. When she was deemed chronically ill in 2018, Line began studying the powerful contents of plants, changed her diet and regained her health. She has conducted a 3-year study of Phytotherapy at the Danish herb school, Urteskolen. Line also holds a PhD in Anthropology and Media studies from Aarhus University. Today, she takes clients, produces herbal teas and enjoys going on foraging trips in her local forest.
