On February 16, 2014 I was hospitalized after I was diagnosed with Leukemia. I was induced with four dosages of chemotherapy over a seven months period. One night while I was very weak, I fell and busted my left carotid artery at the nape of my neck. Subsequently I received surgery and recovered. After the induction of chemotherapy, I achieved remission and was transferred to a new hospital where I received Stem cell Transplant. My donor was my 72 years old brother who happened to be one of the oldest persons to dispense stem cell in history. He spent six hours on his back while his cells were harvested. Hence, he paved the way to give me a new immune system. In biblical terms I can relate this to Jesus Christ who spent six hours on the cross, suspended between heaven and earth. His mission was to give up his blood to transform the life of mankind.
