Analyses are in chapter five. Chapter six concludes the book with policy issues.

Dr. David Umoru holds a B.Sc in Economics & Statistics, M.Sc in Economics and Ph.D in Economics from the University of Benin, Nigeria in collaboration with the African Economic Research Consortium [AERC], Nairobi, Kenya. He lectures at the Benson Idahosa University. He has published extensively in recognized national and international journals.
