Enoc Isaí Hernández Cantú has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, a Master's Degree in Education and Teaching and a Doctorate in Human Development. Currently, he is Deputy Chief of Health Education and Research at the General Hospital of Zone No. 67 of the IMSS and academic professor. He is also a member of the Scientific Committee of AMENAC.
