Propolis has antioxidant, anticancer and antibacterial effects. Kaempferol and chrysin found in propolis are known as antiallergic components. Studies have shown that regular consumption of royal jelly may support growth, development, the immune system and antioxidant system, strengthen memory, and delay aging.
