The objective of this research is to investigate the conformity between the curricula in the field of health education and promotion in the program and the school textbook about the immunity of the organism and AIDS, in order to answer the question of the acquisition of scientific knowledge and the appropriation of skills related to health education. We use the analytical method with three stages: pre-analysis, exploitation, and processing of results and interpretation. This research has shown a focus on biological knowledge with a total absence of health education according to the competency-based approach and the lack of conformity between the prescribed curriculum and the real curriculum, an insufficiency of educational objectives which are focused only on cognitive objectives with a total absence of affective and psychomotor objectives.
