The increased prevalence of diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease and certain cancers can be related to a lack of health knowledge and awareness among the population. In relation to the increase in a variety of NCD the international community, and indeed individual governments, have suffered from a variety of problems, for example, a low life expectancy, the cost of health care treatments, and the loss of economic activity due to illness. In the light of this context, this study will aim to shed light on schools improving both the health knowledge of individuals and promoting healthy habits and practices enhanced significantly, then will provides detailed description of health issue in one prominent country of the Middle East, i.e. Saudi Arabia for the purpose of achieving sustainable and long-term objectives.
