Joseph Otunga Simwa holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Management & Policy Studies from MMUST and a Bachelor of Education (H/Sc & Technology) from Maseno University. Currently, he lectures at Kibabii Diploma Teachers Training College. His main academic interests are in the areas of educational policies, planning and management.
