This is true as the level of health in developed nations is better than that in both transition nations and in developing nations, and as such also have better control of biological hazards. Recommendations are made which are in line current practices as in OHSAS and HSE standards work place places. Also looked at briefly is how climate change affects us, but details of that is in the new book by the author.
