Dr. Rice is Executive Vice President at Integrated Healthcare Strategies, Vice Chairman of The Governance Institute and Director of the Cambridge International Health Leadership Programme. Dr. Rice's career includes service as a senior officer of one of the largest integrated healthcare system in Minnesota, where he gained extensive experience in integrated system development, managed care, and HMOs. As a consultant, he has served as an advisor to health systems, physician groups, boards of directors, and ministries of health in over 30 countries. He has also worked with numerous US arts organizations, colleges and universities on governance & strategy development.
