Sheila Royce Garcia is a loving mother, author, holistic health coach, and certified fitness trainer. She wears many hats and has proven that moms can have and do it all while still providing their families with healthy, home-cooked meals. A couple years ago, Sheila was out of shape, flabby, and had no energy. During a pivotal moment in 2012, she decided to take control of her health and change her lifestyle. Her transformation from being out of shape to radiant health is what inspired her to write this book. She has a passion for cooking and is incredibly talented despite never receiving any formal culinary training. She used her vast cooking knowledge and expertise to turn her healthy recipes and tips for cooking on busy days into a cookbook for busy families. In addition to writing and creating healthy recipes, she offers personal programs to women for total transformation. Her programs are customized for each individual person; focusing on weight issues, self-care, healthy eating, detox, and stress-management. Her mission and passion is to coach women who are struggling with weight issues, and unhealthy eating habits to become more active and develop healthier food choices. When she is not writing, cooking or coaching clients you will find Sheila spending quality time with her son and friends.
