Nutrition plays an imp role in human health but is not adequately emphasized among medical student. This book highlights the dietary pattern and severity of malnutrition which includes over nutrition as well as under nutrition among undergraduate medical students, and subsequently helps to create awareness. The results of this work would be helpful in adopting wise and healthy dietary choices especially among students.Moreover it will also help the youngsters to lead a future free life from dreadful consequences of obesity, diabetes, coronary heart diseases
