Ted Smith used to make-up bedtime stories for his two sons, Tom and James. The best stories are now being published to raise money for charities affected by Covid-19. The Willie the Hippo series (age 2 to 7) has raised lots of money for Save the Children, whilst this book, and The Exploding Turnips, are raising money for The Ideas Foundation (which supports disadvantaged young people with confidence building and imagination).
