Predicting the effect of mutations on structure of a protein is a classical problem that has been addressed by the scientists since many years. This book intends to address this problem using machine learning method. The author has covered an extensive study of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) for their effect on the perturbation of protein stability in human proteome. This book targets the students and researches who are interested in exploring the world of mutations with respect to human proteome.
