Doctora en Ciencias de la Salud por la Universidad Federal de Sergipe, especialista en Audiología Clínica y posgraduada en Logopedia Hospitalaria y Administración Hospitalaria. Desde 2013 es coordinadora del proyecto de investigación y extensión "Diagnóstico Audiológico en Oncología" en un hospital público de SE que estudia la repercusión de la quimio y la radio en la audición.
