Autorenporträt
Lorenz Filius wurde 1965 in Leverkusen geboren und wuchs in der Eifel auf. Nach dem absolvierten Studium der Fächer Erziehungswissenschaften, Psychologie und Philosophie an der Bonner Universität arbeitete er im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung selbständig als Dozent und Berater. Seit 1997 befindet er sich aus beruflichen Gründen im Ausland, wo er seine schriftstellerische Laufbahn begann. Insbesondere inspirierten ihn seine jahrelangen Aufenthalte in Schweden und Norwegen zu seinen romantisch-psychologischen Romanen und seiner philosophisch geprägten Lyrik. Zurzeit wohnt er in der Nähe von Brüssel, wo er sich weiterhin seiner schriftstellerischen Tätigkeit widmet.
