Autorenporträt
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Donelle Knudsen has written short stories, poetry, and memoirs. She owes her love of books and the craft of writing to her late father who was never too busy to read to her or make visits to the library every Saturday. Donelle earned a B.S. in Arts & Letters from Portland State University. She is a six-time finalist and two-time award winner in the Pacific Northwest Writers Association's and Oregon Writers Colony's writing contests. She is the author of a memoir, Through the Tunnel of Love: A Mother's and Daughter's Journey with Anorexia and the young adult/women's contemporary novel, Between Heartbeats, which is book one of the Heartbeat series.
