Autorenporträt
Yasmeen Fatimah is a registered nurse, and has specialized in hospice and palliative care for over ten years. She is a certified end of life doula (midwife), a calling that focuses on the holistic and spiritual aspect of end of life care. After recently experiencing her own spiritual awakening, she has realized that she is an Earth Angel. She possesses a special connection to the Divine, with a knowing that allows her to speak directly to the souls of those embarking on this journey, helping them to gain clarity, and serving as a bridge to the unknown. Yasmeen was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and is now the mother of four amazing human beings. She had the privilege of living in Hawaii on the island of Oahu for almost ten years. That is where she discovered a love for the ocean and all its wonder, and how peaceful the water really is. On her journey she realized why her love for the water is so vast. Water is the most powerful element because it is perfectly nonresistant. In that same spirit, she has learned simply to be, and to allow things to flow like water. She believes we must make space for all things to work together as they should, and allow ourselves to be in the moment and soak it in. For, truly, the moment is all we have.
