In that leadership position, she led, guided, and directed the team, while also helping to cultivate, groom, teach, insist, and instruct team members and colleagues who were newly promoted or needed assistance. Ramona hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was born and raised. In her free time, she enjoys family, friends, playing pool and chess.
