Jennifer R. Vassell's is an inspiring new author to watch. Her love of children is what motivates her to create works that foster self awareness and self acceptance. With a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Counseling, and the experience she earned raising her own children, Jennifer knows the workings of and what motivates the young mind. Jennifer's most recent work, "The Lonely Tree" will be launched just in time for Arbor Day in April, 2018. This book about a special friendship between a lost little bird and a lovely lonely tree offers several teachable moments about the benefits of companionship, compassion, and community. When not writing books or providing counseling services to members of her community, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two grandchildren.
