A comprehensive review of literature has also been included in this book. The present book incorporates methods of estimation of heavy metals from smokeless tobacco products. One of the chapter deals with the technique of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy which has been used for the estimation of heavy metals form smokeless tobacco products which are frequntly used by teenagers. I believe that this book will be helpful for policy-makers for the necessary movement to initiate and implement more strict rules and a coordinated comprehensive strategy for smokeless tobacco control.
