Practicing with strangers can seem scary for some children, which is why reading a book like this one makes saying hello a fun interactive game as they can greet friendly animals and compare handprints with the animal tracks.
Autorenporträt
Sheila Alston is a new children's author whose mission is to publish books that empower young minds. The inspiration came from witnessing the pressure and stress that today's teens and young adults put on themselves. Unfortunately, teen anxiety is all too common. It can start as insecurity and lead to panic attacks, depression, or a whole host of chronic physical conditions. After embarking on her own healing journey to relieve stress, Sheila learned many coping skills that she attributes to her ability to now find peace and self-confidence and tap into her inner wisdom. She wants to inspire kids to learn these skills too, and weaves important messages into all of her books.
