As well as being a budding author, I am an experienced underground miner of nearly twenty years, and the loving father of two beautiful children. I am passionate about writing books that will bring a smile to children's faces and uplift their day. Having taken a break from mining, I decided to venture into the world of writing and share my experiences growing up with children who enjoy having pets. My debut book, Help MollyWatDot Find Elle, is based on my dog Molly, a gorgeous little Maltese/Shi Tzu cross with a gorgeous little personality to match, and her favorite squeaky toy, Elle, which is a stuffed elephant. The book draws on true events that have happened to Molly. Sharing these experiences with others and knowing that I have made a child's day brighter gives me immense joy. When I'm not busy preparing content for the next book about Molly, I enjoy golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking, horses, walking Molly, gold prospecting, and spending time with my beautiful wife, Sarah.
