In phase II ovariectomy has been done by open surgical procedure in which site of incision to approach ovary was on right flank in group C whereas, it was caudal to umbilicus onlinea albain group D. Evaluation of surgical technique have been done on the basis of changes in clinical, haematobiochemical and marker for oxidative stress.
