Common myna is widely distributed bird in the warmth and hot climate. Myna is listed as a social bird and sometimes shows aggressive behavior for own survival. Purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the hematology of common myna. A total number of 20 birds will be purchased from the local market and kept under good hygienic conditions for 15 days. Blood will be collected from wing vein for the determination of hematological parameters such as red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), pack cell volume (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), Erythrocytes sedimentation rate (ESR), and differential leukocyte count (DLC). The morphological parameters were also considered as Weight, Head, Neck length, Foot, Tail length, Proventriculus, Intestine, Heart and Gizzard of common myna. Data was analyzed through computer by the using of R Studio.
